More than just f-stops and shutter speed
My earliest memories of photography are taking pictures in the park with my Dad. Most of my pictures in those days were landscapes of the lake and the trees, and of our dog.
In addition to technical lessons about f-stops and shutter speed, my Dad taught me composition and the art of photography. He also taught me to develop black & white film and colorize black & white images with oil paint.
I learned a lot in those days, and brought those lessons with me on my long and winding road. These galleries are a continuing exploration of subjects I find interesting.
